We stayed in a lagoon room so we could hop straight into the water. All the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The hotel is right next to a supermarket and plenty of places to eat and shop. It is walking distance to the beach (10mins) where they have their own beach club inc. recliners towels and beach umbrellas.
